Sevilla down Inter to win 6th Europa League title

Dortmund strike late to knock off Atalanta in the Europa League

Borussia Dortmund made nervous work of their Europa League second leg against Atalanta in a 1-1 draw that saw the Bundesliga side reach the round of 16 courtesy of a 4-3 aggregate final.

And the hosts, having two important away goals in hand from their 3-2 defeat in the first leg, struck early, with Rafael Toloi popping up at the back post to poke home a Mattia Caldara corner from close range.

With time running down in the second half, Dortmund found the goal they needed after Atalanta keeper Etrit Berisha mishandled a Marco Reus shot and Marcel Schmelzer pounced on the rebound to put the visitors up 4-3 on aggregate.

Dortmund will learn their round-of-16 opponent following Friday's Europa League draw.
